E-Land, a hospitality group, bought the old Palms Resort and reopened it as the Kensington in 2016. It sits on the San Roque shore well north of Garapan, so the view is mostly sea and sky. Its all-inclusive deals bundled three meals a day and activities with the room, and guests got a free morning loop past Bird Island and Banzai Cliff plus a stargazing hour at the cliff. It closed after the April 2026 typhoon; early-October reports said it was preparing to reopen in December.
