Clifftop lookout at the south end of the Kagman peninsula; the trek heads down to the shore from here

From the lookout at the tip of Kagman, a sheer rock islet stands alone in the eastern sea below the cliffs. It's a seabird sanctuary nobody lands on, and local stories about spirits gave it its name. The view from the top is enough for many, but the real draw is the trek: about an hour down a rough slope to tide pools where you can snorkel. It was reported as accessible after the 2026 typhoon.
