Saipan's oldest bakery, which also bakes the bread for island supermarkets and school lunches. The signature sweet bread is a plain-looking loaf you keep tearing at long after you meant to stop. Bags carry no expiry date; a colored twist tie marks the baking day, so check today's color. The red velvet chocolate cookies, blueberry cheese bread and cinnamon bread are also well liked. There's a dining room in back, and you can book a factory tour and cookie-decorating session by phone or email.
