An open-air restaurant right on the west-facing beach, so the sun drops into the sea straight ahead of you. A yacht with 'SAIPAN SURF CLUB' painted on it sits on the sand, and everyone takes photos on it before or after eating. The menu mixes seafood platters, ribeye, pork ribs and burgers with Vietnamese and Thai noodles; the bestseller is the crispy fried noodles. Plenty of honest reviews say the food is fine and you're paying for the view.
