On a corner of the Pantheon square, under a yellow sign, a standing coffee bar that is always packed. It began as a roastery in 1944 (official), and sacks and bags of beans line the back wall. What made its name is granita di caffè con panna: icy, strong coffee granita layered with whipped cream above and below. Knock back an espresso before or after the Pantheon.
