Up a narrow staircase is a dim, snug loft of a café. There's essentially one dish: soup in a round loaf with its middle scooped out. Two soups a day, one meat, one vegetarian, and the meat one is usually Icelandic kjötsúpa, lamb and root veg simmered for hours. The real finish is tearing off the soaked bread walls. Around Christmas people reportedly queue for its reindeer soup.
