The roastery everyone names when coffee comes up in Reykjavík. The Kárastígur original is a tiny corner shop with a handful of window seats, and the squeeze is part of the charm. They roast their own beans and do everything from espresso to pour-over. Pairing it with a Brauð & Co bun from down the road is a local habit. There's a roomier branch at Brautarholt.
