Cross the road from the church and you're there. The signature is an Icelandic plate: home-baked dark rye topped with plokkfiskur, herring or smoked trout. For dessert, the famous rye bread ice cream comes with cream and rhubarb syrup. Skyr cake and skyr pancakes make it the easy place to try skyr as a sweet. There's even a fermented shark and Brennivín tasting if you're brave.
