Iceland's first Michelin-starred restaurant, founded by chef Gunnar Karl Gíslason, holding one star since 2020 and still in 2025–26, plus a Green Star in 2025. Up a spiral staircase, the chefs greet you at the open kitchen. Michelin notes line-caught fish, whole animals and even reused frying oil: a kitchen that wastes little.
