Smaller and quieter than Signal Hill. Climb the three-storey Lanchao Pavilion at the top and you get Huiquan Bay and the No.1 Beach sand on one side, the old town's red roofs and the TV Tower on the other. It's just a pavilion, some steps and pine trees, and that low-key feel is exactly what people like. It used to charge; in 2026 it's free.
