Cross Charles Bridge from the Old Town, pass the Malá Strana bridge tower, and the pale pink building right there is the hotel. The bridge is thirty seconds away, so after breakfast you can be on it around 9 a.m., before the crowds. It's small enough that staff will spread out a map and plan your route, and main-building rooms have chandeliers and wooden furniture. The annex is a separate building a few steps away, with smaller, plainer rooms.
