A knuckle specialist just off Charles Bridge on the Malá Strana side. The pork knuckle comes with crackling skin and juicy meat, plus mustard, horseradish and crispy sauerkraut. On the official menu the knuckle is 479 Kč, cabbage soup made from the knuckle stock 119 Kč, and Pilsner Urquell 75 Kč for 0.5 l. Nearly everyone orders knuckle plus cabbage soup, and a QR code on the menu brings up translated versions.
