A four-star opened in 2021 at the Gaia end of the Dom Luís I bridge, practically attached to it. Open a bridge-side window and you get the ironwork, the river, Ribeira and the cathedral hill in one go. Walk out and you're on the bridge's upper deck, and a lift down to the riverside saves you the hill. There's a rooftop pool and a sky bar too.
