Tucked between hills at the southern tip, Nai Harn has no beach road, so the sand backs straight onto shade trees and a lake. Umbrellas aren't packed in like Patong; you'll see long-stay travellers lying out on towels. The Nai Harn resort leans against the hill at the north end, and a road up past the southern rocks leads to small coves you can only reach by scooter. Promthep Cape is next door, so swim here by day and drive over for sunset.
