Ajinoya Main Shop is a Namba restaurant for okonomiyaki and yakisoba, built around generous amounts of domestic cabbage and cooked one at a time. Founded in 1965, it is a good itinerary meal for mixed okonomiyaki or negiyaki from the griddle.
