Say 'zenzai' in Naha and this is one of the first names that comes up. The ice is frozen from the water the kintoki beans were simmered in, so when it melts you taste beans, not plain water. Soft beans sit on top, and a salty turtle-shaped senbei comes on the side: a spoonful of sweet, then a bite of cracker, is the rhythm here. You order at the counter and carry your own tray, so shorts and sandals are fine. There are meals too, like taco rice.
