In a lane a block off Kokusai-dori, this Okinawan dining house fills a single-storey home about 50 years old. Many dishes use the island brand pork "Pineapple Pork Jun"; the thick-cut seared pork loin and the collagen shabu-shabu lead the menu. Goya champuru, fu champuru, island scallions and tofuyo are all here, so one table covers most of the Okinawan basics. There is counter seating, so eating alone feels easy.
