The shop of Hiroshi Yokoi, who created ankake spaghetti, a Nagoya comfort food. 2.2 mm extra-thick noodles are fried in lard and drowned in a thick, peppery sauce of vegetables and meat aged over ten days. Think nothing like Italian pasta; it's diner food somewhere between fried udon and gravy. First time? The No. 1 'Mirakan' (sausage-ham plus vegetable topping).
