Right in the Englischer Garten, tables spread under old trees around a five-tiered wooden Chinese pagoda. The Haberl family has run it since 1974. On Wednesday and Friday afternoons and at weekends a brass band plays from the tower's upper deck (schedule as of March 2026). The beer is Hofbräu; food means chickens from the on-site 'Chickeria' and pretzels baked all day. It slots neatly into a walk through the park.
