Almost the only building left in Marrakech from the Almoravid dynasty (11th-12th century). It was dug out of the ground, so the small structure now sits in a shallow pit. What you came for is the carved dome interior, with palm leaves, pine cones and arabesques layered over each other. It takes 20 minutes, so plenty of visitors stand at the ticket desk weighing the price.
