Step through one door off the souk lanes and the noise just stops. Restored from a 16th-century riad and opened in 2016, it's two gardens: a classic Islamic one split into quarters by water channels, and an 'exotic' one of cacti and palms. The running water uses the old underground channel system. Pay extra and you can climb the tower for a view across medina roofs to the Koutoubia and the Atlas.
