A tiled courtyard under a giant chandelier

About 70 MAD for adults
Address
On the square next to the Ben Youssef Madrasa

A late-19th-century palace turned museum. Step in and a huge brass chandelier hangs down through the central courtyard, with tile patterns packed across every wall and floor. The collections are Moroccan art, ceramics and textiles, but honestly the building is the star, and the old hammam rooms now serve as galleries. A good 20-minute breather between the sights around Ben Youssef.
