A giant slab of concrete seems to float toward the bay. Inside is the country's top performing arts theatre, plus changing painting shows in the Juan Luna hall on the fourth floor and the Amorsolo hall on the fifth. At sunset the plaza out front catches the glow over the bay. Exhibitions and shows vary, so check the website first.
