A long-running milk-pudding shop on the main avenue by Senado Square. The star is the double-skin pudding, fresh milk and egg white steamed until two thin skins form on top. Served warm it is soft enough to slide off the spoon; served cold it sets firm and bouncy. Seating is tight and sharing tables is normal, with a queue by early evening.
