A wonton noodle house going since the 1940s, steps from the Senado Square fountain. The thin bamboo-pressed noodles are springy and the shrimp wontons are big. It's dead centre on the tourist trail and always busy, but a ticket system keeps the line moving. The usual order: one soup noodle, one dry-tossed noodle, one plate of fried wontons, shared.
