A French restaurant under the dome on the 43rd floor of the Grand Lisboa, the lotus-shaped tower. Only 13 tables, so the room stays hushed while the lights of the Macau Peninsula spread out behind the glass. It has held three Michelin stars for 17 straight years, and the meal opens with a bread trolley where you pick from ten-odd loaves yourself. The lunch set is the gentler way in if it's your first time.
