A contemporary Thai restaurant newly added to the 2026 Michelin Bib Gourmand list. Curry pastes are pounded by hand in a stone mortar brought from Bangkok, and plates lean on imported ingredients. Red curry with pork jowl and salt-baked yellow croaker are the dishes people name. The ribbed vaulted ceiling feels like a Gothic cathedral.
