Despite the name, sang nyuk mee isn't raw-meat noodles: thin slices of pork are just cooked through in the broth, Sabah style. Here the bowl comes loaded with sliced pork, pork balls and offal like kidney and liver under a rich soup. Take the noodles in the soup, or dry and tossed in dark soy and lard with the soup on the side. It's an old coffee shop that opens at 6:30 a.m., so you get the local breakfast scene as it is.
