A small shop near Qishan Old Street that opened in 1986. The half-open front makes it easy to walk into; you order, sit, and pay after eating. Besides the pig heart glass noodles, the mushroom meat-thickened soup and the egg-topped meat-sauce rice sell well. There are queue days, and the rice can run out. It is a long ride from downtown, so pair it with a walk through Qishan Old Street.
