Wade Ueoka and Michelle Karr-Ueoka opened it in 2013, and it now sits on the second floor of the Velocity building on Kapiolani Blvd. The cooking leans on island ingredients, and an appetizer, main and dessert turn the evening into a slow run of courses. An older review put the three courses near $50 a head, so budget more today. It is where to go when you want Hawaii produce treated seriously instead of a Waikiki tourist plate.
