From Queen's Road Central by Central Market up to Conduit Road in the Mid-Levels

Eighteen escalators and three moving walkways are chained together to climb 135 m up the hill. Stand still and SoHo's bars, noodle shops and mural-covered lanes roll by underneath, while at first-floor height you're eye level with people's windows and laundry. It's the one from Chungking Express, so expect people taking photos. Until 10am it runs downhill only, for residents heading to work.
