Typhoon-shelter cooking comes from fishermen frying garlic and chilli over crab on their boats, and the spicy fried crab here belongs to that family. Garlic chips and chilli pile high on the shell, and you pick up crab meat and crunchy crumbs together. The restaurant spreads across three floors.
