A small dessert shop on Johnston Road in Wan Chai, trams rattling past outside. The centrepiece is mango pomelo sago: mango, pomelo and sago pearls in coconut milk, with the menu split into cold and hot sweets. Big chunks of fresh mango keep it sweet, and the pearls pop as you eat. Open till 11 pm (midnight on Fridays and Saturdays), so it works on the way back from a night out.
