Along Hennessy Road, a row of lacquered brown geese hangs in the front window. Roast goose is the star of Hong Kong barbecue, and this shop is reported to hold a Michelin star. The skin is thin and crackly, the meat juicy enough to eat without sauce. Seating is tight and sharing tables is normal; the takeaway line moves much faster.
