The path follows a ridge that twists like a dragon's spine, about an hour and a bit on foot. There is sea and islands on both sides and the track is well made, so it is not hard. Finish by dropping down to Shek O village for a beach rest and lunch, which fills a half day neatly. There is almost no shade, so bring a hat and water.
