An indoor observation deck on the 49th floor (about 178 m) of the lotus-bud-shaped tower. It's lower than Landmark 81, but being right in District 1 you see the old quarter around the cathedral, the looping Saigon River and the new Thu Thiem district across it up close, plus the helipad jutting out at level 52. The circular walkway is wide, so even when it's busy you can get to the glass. Go up late afternoon and stay for daylight, sunset and lights.
