A six-storey old house in a narrow alley beside a market. It opened in 2017 and in 2023 became the first restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City to win a Michelin star. Chef Peter Cuong Franklin came to cooking from finance. He rebuilds street food such as bún chả and bánh xèo, down to a bánh xèo folded like a taco. It seats about 40 at a time, so weekend dinners need booking two or three weeks ahead.
