You climb a narrow staircase off Dong Khoi and come out under high ceilings and worn wooden floors. The café has been part of Saigon's specialty coffee scene since it started. Da Lat arabica is roasted in-house and brewed by Chemex, Aeropress or Kalita Wave. There's no condensed-milk coffee on the menu. Plenty of people settle in with a laptop and a slow cup.
