Open since 2011 and often called Saigon's first rooftop bar. A circular bar rings the 26th-floor terrace of AB Tower, and over the railing you get Bitexco Tower and the lights of District 1. Time it for dusk, when the sky slides from orange to navy; later on, a DJ turns it into a club. Forget local prices, though happy hour softens the blow.
