The flagship of Marou, which makes chocolate from southern Vietnamese cacao. Open the door and the smell of roasting beans hits first; through the glass you see a big roaster and the open dessert kitchen. You can taste bars from different provinces before buying, so souvenir shopping gets done too. Regulars order the thick hot chocolate, chocolate tart or tiramisu. The air con is strong, so bring a layer.
