Address
On the roundabout where Le Loi, Ham Nghi and Tran Hung Dao meet; the clock-tower gate on the south side is the main entrance

Its 1914 clock-tower gate doubles as a symbol of the city. Inside, narrow aisles run in a grid, with clothes, bags, coffee beans, dried fruit and rattan bags grouped block by block, and a food section near the middle doing pho, banh xeo and che. Prices are pitched at tourists, and the first number is often absurd: one coffee stall was seen dropping from 280,000 VND to 80,000.
