A pizza chain started in Saigon by a Japanese founder. The pride is cheese made on their own farm near Đà Lạt, and the show-stopper is a whole fresh burrata set in the middle of the pizza and cut open at the table. With a wood-fired open kitchen and slick service, it fills with travellers once Vietnamese food starts to wear thin.
