Tables fill the courtyard of a yellow French villa, and little cooking stations line the edges like street stalls. One menu covers Hanoi bún chả, southern bánh xèo and central-coast noodles, so it works as a Vietnamese food sampler. Order bánh xèo and staff show you how to roll it in rice paper.
