The hotel takes the upper floors of the 65-storey Lotte Center in the Ba Dinh area. Rooms sit on floors 40–60, and the view is most of the point. Lotte Mart and the department store are downstairs, which makes last-minute shopping easy, and plenty of guests use the pool and sauna after checking out before heading to the airport. The trade-off: you'll be riding to the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem.
