A temple in the middle of Hong Gai old town, its back to the cliffs of Bai Tho Mountain. It's compact, but step inside and it's packed with gilded Buddhas and red-lacquered altars. You'll see more locals lighting incense than tourists, so it feels less like an attraction and more like a glimpse of everyday Ha Long. Not worth a special trip on its own; fold it into a walk below Bai Tho or a Hong Gai afternoon.
