The food follows the style of chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, Japanese cooking with Western touches, with meat and seafood seared on the iron plate. Its sister place, Gora Brewery & Grill, sits next door and is easy to mix up. Lunch is the lighter way in; dinner is where the courses come out.
