Driving the southern coast road, you spot the skull flags and an old boat. Past the big pirate-themed dining room, the terrace looks straight onto the surf at Ipan beach. The signature is the half-pound cheeseburger with a pirate logo branded on the bun; it comes open-faced so you assemble it yourself. Some say the burger itself is no better than Tumon's, but you're paying for the ocean view. The gift shop and small museum next door are worth a browse.
