The coast road swings in a wide bend and the bay and mountain folds open up on one side. Cetti Bay Overlook is the pull-off right at that bend. Step out and you are at a rail looking over blue water with ridges stacked behind it. It is a ten to twenty minute stop for photos rather than a place to linger. It is a common stop on a southern loop that continues to Umatac.
