A motsunabe specialist: beef offal under a mountain of cabbage and garlic chives, simmered at the table. The default is a blend-of-misos broth; there's also soy and a garlic-free 'mizutaki style' you dip in ponzu. Once the offal fat melts into the soup, you finish with champon noodles or a rice porridge. The main shop seats 180, groups included.
