A specialist in mizutaki, Hakata's chicken hotpot. The milky broth, simmered from whole birds, arrives first; staff pour you a cup to taste on its own, then cook chicken, tsukune meatballs and vegetables in turn. Dip in house ponzu with yuzu-kosho, then finish the broth with ramen or rice porridge. Open kitchen downstairs, private rooms and a banquet hall upstairs.
